Iroquois New York Times Square

The hotel is beautiful and the front lobby staff were absolutely darling, kind, funny, engaging, even remembered us as we came back over the couple of days.

It was a wonderful stay! The room the hotel service and staff! Everyone were nice and welcoming . Especially Ben from the breakfast staff!!! The location was perfect we were close to everything and we had 3 subways 5min away from the hotel The room was perfect (we took a king bedroom) the design the decor everything was perfect The house keeping was wonderful! In generally everything that we asked for was answered immediately with a big smile ! The gym was a gem! clean and equipped perfectly We had towels and a bar snacks !

Superfriendly staff!!! They make you feel really welcome, even before we've arrived, which is why we finally chose this hotel over all the others and they didn't let us down. Stylish historical small hotel. Airco worked fine, almost no waiting time for lifts. Nice lobby with superfriendly doormen. Good breakfast: little (sweet) buffet with fresh fruit and 1 extra order every day (4 choices). We always had a spot to sit down (some people did it grab and go). Even after finishing breakfast, you are welcome to get some more coffee, tea or juice to go until 11am. Nice bar! Comfy room, though quite small for 4 persons... It was cleaned every day. Complimentary water at reception was very welcome with the heat!! We practicaly got bottles every time we passed by ;-) Complimentary wine hour on thursday and tuesday :-) And also in the other hotels of Triumph group on other weekdays ;-) We also did the neighbourhood walk.

Location was great 👍 Breakfast was decent for a quick start , couple of options on breakfast rolls to choose from. As they are pre prepared cant have changes made. They had toast with fennel seeds on them, would be better if they offered just a brown or white bread as kids wouldnt opt for a fennel seed bread, as it taste very bitter. Ben at the breakfast bar was amazing 👏 so welcoming and helpful! Staff at the reception all very helpful and kind, so were the door men. Rooms were clean 👌 Overall you would have a great stay and enjoy the city being so close to most sights in Manhattan.

We took a quick family trip to NYC to see a Broadway show and spend the day exploring, and The Iroquois Hotel turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. From the moment we walked in, the beautiful 60s deco-style lobby—with its wonderful scent—made us feel welcome. A big bowl of fresh oranges and chilled bottled water were always available at the front desk, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They offered excellent tips and recommendations for exploring Manhattan. The entire hotel, including our rooms, was spotless. Our rooms were peaceful and quiet, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The heated bathroom floors and plush bathrobes were a luxurious touch we all appreciated. The location is ideal—close enough to walk to Broadway shows, Central Park, Times Square, the subway, and Fifth Avenue shopping, yet just far enough from the busiest streets to feel calm and safe. We couldn’t recommend The Iroquois more highly and would absolutely stay here again!
