The hotel is beautiful and the front lobby staff were absolutely darling, kind, funny, engaging, even remembered us as we came back over the couple of days.

I asked the room to be exceptionally clean, because it has a carpet and usually that is a dust magnet. Free bottled water upon request. And indeed it was exceptionally clean upon arrival. All the staff was very nice, specially the room service/cleaner man up on the 12th floor. Location is hands down perfect and the hotel does have the art-deco classic vibe from New York. A place with history.

It was a wonderful stay! The room the hotel service and staff! Everyone were nice and welcoming . Especially Ben from the breakfast staff!!! The location was perfect we were close to everything and we had 3 subways 5min away from the hotel The room was perfect (we took a king bedroom) the design the decor everything was perfect The house keeping was wonderful! In generally everything that we asked for was answered immediately with a big smile ! The gym was a gem! clean and equipped perfectly We had towels and a bar snacks !

Appointments and decor. Very friendly staff. Extra clean and upscale. Great location. Near Times Square, Grand Central Station, restaurants, museums, metro stations. Junior suite was beautiful and fantastic for watching the Super Bowl. Heated floors in bath were very nice. Their speakeasy bar with craft cocktails is nice and fun!

The hotel is in a perfect spot, within walking distance to many attractions—super convenient for exploring New York.

The Hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. The staff were all very helpful and friendly!

The location was central to everything in midtown- Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, 5th avenue shopping, theaters, Times Square and restaurants. The staff was GREAT. Carlos especially and John were so pleasant and helpful - getting us cabs, making sure we were well taken care of and just talking about family and our lives. The fellow who hosted breakfast in the morning was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The convenience of breakfast was great. We liked that it wasn’t so large that the staff didn’t know you. We would definitely return.

The location was just right because it was near the NYPL where I needed to be before and after a conference. I walked 10 blocks = 10 min to my conference. It was a nice walk down either along 5th avenue or madison. Breakfast was really good. Deceptive because the bread offerings were simple - croissants and jam and greek yogurt. But v good quality. I was able to do take a grab and go food the first day and also grab and go coffee. The bed was comfortable. I wasn't sure how much of the floor the bathroom heating covered but it was really appreciated. It was a bit spotty with the house cleaning refills. I was hoping for another set of slippers because I used the one set to go to the sauna. Great service with the doormen/bellhop - they were super attentive and always ready to open the door so I didn't have to pause from going up the entry stairs to open the door especially since I was running in and out to a conference. Front Desk staff was welcoming. Clean. Clean. Clean. very lovely cozy lobby.
